Founded by Sai Sarath Madugula, author of Finding Purpose Beyond Grades, EmpowerED Andhra is redefining the traditional approach to education. We aim to move beyond the pressure of academic performance and focus on fostering essential life skills such as communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.

Our Story

Where It All Began

The seeds of EmpowerED Andhra were sown with the publication of Sai’s book, Finding Purpose Beyond Grades. In it, he challenged the status quo of traditional education, urging students, parents, and educators to embrace a broader vision of success—one rooted in skill development, critical thinking, and real-world application of knowledge.

From there, Sai went on to design skill-based programs and lead initiatives such as SLS Academia and The Education Match, working with students to replace a marks-based mindset with a focus on holistic growth. These experiences solidified his belief that education needed a shift—one that could transform how students see themselves and their potential.

We are on a mission to transform education in Andhra Pradesh by:

The Birth of EmpowerED Andhra

EmpowerED Andhra was founded to take this mission further, reaching students directly through schools and workshops. Based in Andhra Pradesh, we aim to redefine the educational landscape in the region by focusing on building skills, confidence, and resilience in students.
